Pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed, in the capacity of data controller, by our company whose details are set out below, within the scope of this Information Notice.

Within the scope of the services it provides through feelfineglove.com, our company may process the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: name, surname.

• Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number, delivery and billing address.

• Customer transaction data: order content, order number, order history, request and complaint records.

• Payment data: transaction records relating to the collection of payment. Full card details such as card number, expiry date and CVV are NOT STORED by our company; this information is transmitted directly to Türkiye İş Bankası over a secure (encrypted) connection.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

• Processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (site security, fraud prevention),

• Your explicit consent existing in cases such as sending commercial electronic messages.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties, limited to the realisation of the above purposes and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

• Contracted carrier and logistics companies for the delivery of your order,

• The payment/bank institution (Türkiye İş Bankası) for the collection of payment,

• Competent public institutions and organisations and judicial authorities within the framework of our legal obligations,

• Service providers located domestically and/or abroad for the operation of the website, e-mail delivery and measurement (analytics) services. In transfers abroad, the conditions and appropriate safeguards stipulated in the KVKK are complied with.

6. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, while you place an order, open an account, fill in forms, subscribe to the newsletter and use the site through the feelfineglove.com website.

7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (KVKK Art. 11)

By applying to the data controller, you have the following rights concerning yourself:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it,

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,

• To request the deletion or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,

• To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,

• To object to a result arising against you through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,

• To claim compensation for damages in the event that you suffer loss due to unlawful processing of the data.

8. METHOD OF APPLICATION

You may submit your requests regarding the rights stated above, together with information verifying your identity, by e-mail to info@feelfineglove.com or in writing to the company address indicated above.

Your request is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within at most 30 (thirty) days, depending on its nature. However, if the operation requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) may be charged.

Identity verification is carried out to confirm that the application genuinely belongs to the relevant data subject and is necessary for the security of your data.
