Which glove or fibre should I choose — silk, plant-silk or viscose?

We offer three fibres for a luxurious Turkish hammam ritual. Genuine 100% raw Turkish cocoon silk is our most refined option, with a supple, premium feel. Vegan plant-based plant-silk is a fully plant-based alternative with a soft yet hard-wearing texture (not real silk). 100% viscose gives an invigorating, energising exfoliation at an accessible price. All our materials are OEKO-TEX certified and handcrafted in Türkiye. If your skin is sensitive, we suggest starting with the gentler real silk or plant-silk and using a light touch.

How do I use the kese (exfoliating glove)?

For the best results, first warm your skin for a few minutes under warm water or in steam so it softens. Dampen the glove until it is moist (not soaking), then massage the skin in gentle circular motions. Repeat 2–3 times a week, then rinse and moisturise well afterwards. This helps improve the appearance and feel of your skin — a cosmetic, not a medical, benefit.

Is it suitable for the face or sensitive skin?

Our gloves are designed for the body. Facial skin is much more delicate, so we recommend great care on the face and, if at all, only a very light touch. For sensitive skin, choose the gentler real silk or plant-silk, use the glove less often and with lighter pressure, and stop at any sign of irritation. These are cosmetic skincare products, not medical devices; if you have a skin condition, please consult a professional.

Where do you ship, how long does it take and what does it cost?

We ship worldwide. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $50; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days within Türkiye and Europe, and 7–14 business days for the rest of the world (estimates, not guarantees). For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@feelfineglove.com and we'll be glad to help. Our support hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Türkiye time, GMT+3), and we reply within one business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard only, processed on Türkiye İş Bankası's secure 3-D Secure page. Your card details never reach our servers and are never stored by us. We do not offer any other payment methods.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Exfoliating gloves are personal-hygiene and personal-care products, so we cannot offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Once the sealed hygiene packaging is opened, the item cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons — a lawful exception to the right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(e); Türkiye Distance Sales Regulation on sealed goods). We do honour these exceptions: if an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, report it within 14 days of delivery with photos to orders@feelfineglove.com and we'll arrange a free replacement or another resolution. Orders can be cancelled or changed any time before they are dispatched. Your statutory consumer rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
