A hygiene-first policy
Our exfoliating gloves and keses are personal-care items, worn directly against bare and often wet skin. For the health and hygiene of every customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the sealed hygiene packaging has been opened.
For this reason, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. We ask that you choose your glove with care before ordering, and we are always glad to help you do exactly that.
The lawful basis
Sealed personal-hygiene goods are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal once they have been unsealed, because they are no longer suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.
This is grounded in Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and in Türkiye's Distance Sales Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), which exempt sealed goods that are unsuitable for return once opened.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
This is the exception we always honour. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, the responsibility is entirely ours.
Please report it within 14 days of delivery, with photos, to orders@feelfineglove.com. We will arrange a free replacement or another fair resolution.
Cancelling or changing an order before dispatch
You can cancel or change your order at any time before it is dispatched. Simply contact us quickly and we will take care of it.
Once an order has left our warehouse it can no longer be cancelled, so please reach out as soon as possible if you would like to make a change.
Choosing the right glove
The best way to avoid the need for a return is to choose the right glove from the start. Our gloves and keses come in three fibres: genuine 100% raw Turkish cocoon silk, which is real silk; vegan plant-based plant silk; and 100% viscose.

Your statutory rights are unaffected
Your statutory consumer rights regarding faulty goods are not limited by anything in this policy and remain fully in place.
This policy is governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
