1. About these terms & who we are

Welcome to Feel Fine Glove (feelfineglove.com), the international online store of a Türkiye-based hammam-textile company. We are part of a family of brands that includes All For Hamam, established in 2006, and Feel Fine, and we are based in İzmir, Türkiye. Our registered business address is Gazi Osman Paşa Mah., 5478/1 Sk. No:6/A, Çamdibi, Bornova, 35090 İzmir, Türkiye.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and your purchases from our store. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our store. We may refer you to related policies, such as our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Using our store & eligibility

Our store is intended for personal, non-commercial use by consumers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you order, and to keep your contact and delivery details up to date so we can fulfil your order and reach you if needed. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products, descriptions & fibres

We sell premium Turkish exfoliating gloves and keses, along with back scrubbers, handcrafted in Türkiye from OEKO-TEX certified materials. Our products are offered in three different fibres, and we describe each one precisely so you always know what you are buying.

Some of our products are made from genuine 100% raw Turkish cocoon silk, which we may describe simply as silk or real silk. Others are made from a vegan, plant-based fibre we call plant-silk, or from 100% viscose. To be completely clear: plant-silk and viscose are not silk and are never sold or described as real or genuine silk. The fibre of each item is always stated on its product page.

We take care to show our products accurately, but the colours and textures you see may vary slightly depending on your screen, settings and lighting. Such minor variations are normal and are not a defect.

4. Prices & currency

All prices are shown on the product pages and at checkout in US dollars (USD). Prices may change from time to time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete your purchase.

Any shipping costs are shown separately and are calculated at checkout, except where free shipping applies (see our Shipping Policy). For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Orders & order acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will send you an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not by itself mean we have accepted it.

A binding contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. If we cannot accept your order after payment, we will refund the amount you paid for it.

You may cancel or change your order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us promptly at orders@feelfineglove.com.

6. Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. We do not offer any other payment methods.

All payments are processed on Türkiye İş Bankası's secure 3-D Secure page. Your card details are entered directly on the bank's secure environment; they never reach our servers and are never stored by us. Your order is processed once payment has been authorised by the bank.

7. Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over $100; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and a tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

Estimated delivery is 3 to 6 business days within Türkiye and Europe, and 7 to 14 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times depend on carriers and customs. For international orders, any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility. 8. Hygiene & returns

Our exfoliating gloves and keses are personal-hygiene and personal-care products. For health and hygiene reasons, once the sealed hygiene packaging has been opened, items cannot be returned or exchanged. For this reason we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. This is a lawful exception to the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(e)) and the Türkiye Distance Sales Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), which exclude sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed.

We always honour problems that are our responsibility. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@feelfineglove.com with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or another suitable resolution. You may also cancel or change any order before it is dispatched. Your statutory consumer rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Feel Fine Glove name and logo, text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, page design and layout, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Customer reviews & submitted content

If you submit a review, comment, photo or other content to our store, you confirm that it is your own, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain offensive material.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our store and marketing. We may decline to publish, or may remove, any content that we consider inappropriate, misleading or in breach of these terms.

11. Cosmetic-use disclaimer

Our gloves, keses and back scrubbers are cosmetic personal-care products intended for gentle exfoliation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Exfoliation may help with the appearance of the skin, but we make no medical claims.

Please use each product as intended, following any guidance provided. If you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, we recommend a gentle patch test before first use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have any concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

12. Limitation of liability

We provide our website and products with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control, such as carrier or customs delays.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your statutory consumer rights and our responsibility for faulty or misdescribed goods.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

We aim to resolve any concern quickly and fairly, so please contact us first so we can help. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the applicable courts and authorities of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products, practices or the law. The current version is always the one published on this page.

The terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you place it. We encourage you to review this page from time to time so you stay informed.
