1. Who we are

Feel Fine Glove (feelfineglove.com) is the international online store of a Türkiye-based hammam-textile company (group brands All For Hamam, established 2006, and Feel Fine), based in İzmir, Türkiye. We sell premium Turkish exfoliating gloves, keses and back scrubbers, handcrafted in Türkiye from OEKO-TEX certified materials.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the rights you have. We handle your data in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. The data we collect

Order details: your name, email address, shipping address and, optionally, your phone number (used for delivery and order updates).

Contact, newsletter and review form data: the information you choose to give us when you email us, subscribe to our newsletter, or leave a product review.

Limited technical and analytics data: information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Please note: your card details are entered directly on Türkiye İş Bankası's secure payment page. Card numbers never reach or are stored on our servers.

3. How we use your data

To process and deliver your order, arrange shipping, send you confirmation and tracking emails, and provide customer support.

To respond to your messages, manage newsletter subscriptions where you have opted in, and publish product reviews you submit.

To keep our website secure, prevent fraud, understand how the site is used, and improve our products and service.

To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

4. Legal bases for processing

Performance of a contract: to fulfil the order you place with us and provide related support.

Legal obligation: to keep order and invoice records as required by tax and commercial law.

Consent: for our newsletter and for non-essential analytics or marketing cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Legitimate interests: to secure our website, prevent fraud, and improve our products and service, balanced against your rights.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the store, and only as needed.

Payments: Türkiye İş Bankası processes your card payment on its own secure 3-D Secure page.

Shipping carriers: to deliver your order and provide tracking; email delivery providers: to send order and service emails.

Analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta, where enabled and where you have consented, to understand site usage and measure campaigns.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, including remembering your cart, applied discounts and language preference. These cannot be switched off.

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, after which we stop using your details for marketing.

Other data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Under KVKK and GDPR you have the right to access your data, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to ask for a copy in a portable format.

Card payments are handled on Türkiye İş Bankası's secure 3-D Secure page, and your full card details never reach or are stored on our servers.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we do hold against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

While no online service can be guaranteed completely secure, we work to keep your information safe and to limit access to those who need it.

11. Children

Our website and products are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact orders@feelfineglove.com and we will delete it.
